SEMINOLE, Florida – May 5, 2010 – Michael Benstock, Chief Executive Officer of Superior Uniform Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGC), manufacturer of uniforms, career apparel and accessories, today announced the following appointments.

Andrew D. Demott, Jr. was named Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer. He has been with the Company since 1998, and has previously served as Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer.

Jennifer Daniel has been appointed to the position of Director of Finance and Strategic Planning. Jennifer has been with the Company since 2008 and has previously served as Senior Manager of Finance. Prior to joining Superior, Jennifer held the position of Director of Finance with Sage Software’s Healthcare Division. Previous to that, she served as Managing Director at Tunstall Consulting. Jennifer earned Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Florida and a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida.
