Title: Account Manager
Objective: Manages, coordinates and executes strategic activities to support designated program accounts.
Marketing & Sales
Identify opportunities and design programs to accelerate the growth of strategic accounts
Balance out near-term revenue delivery requirements versus long-term development goals
Investigate ways to grow business, review sales and store/franchise participation reports
Reviews and coordinates contract amendments
Evaluates programs’ SLAs and satisfaction levels
Update monthly sales budget
- Review sales forecast with designated inventory planner
- Manage Fortune 1000 accounts totaling $15M+ in annual revenue.
Coordinates the process of adding or changing products within the inventoried programs
Reviews various reports regularly to advise clients of issues
Interacts with supply chain to ensure proper and timely inventory levels
Conduct program reviews and attend client conventions
Serve as the escalation point to resolve account challenges
Analyze and qualify new product requests and oversee product development process
Coordinate with graphic design website changes such as product information and graphics
Knowledge and Experience
- 5-7 years’ experience as an Account Manager
- Sales experience required
- MS Office knowledge including advanced Excel proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to interact with various departments and individuals at all levels
- Customer-service oriented
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task
