Position:                 Human Resources Coordinator


Classification:         Non-Exempt



The HR Coordinator for The Office Gurus is responsible for staffing/recruitment and employee relations.  This role will also partner with the business leaders in the development of policies and procedures to support successful business performance and growth. 


  • Develop effective recruitment plans and strategies to align job candidate profiles with staffing objectives.  
  • Source, identify and present the most qualified Customer Service and Telemarketing Agent candidates for various client lines of business.
  •  Analyze predictive performance testing to identify the highest level of candidates for interview and potential hire.  
  • Initiate and ensure all pre-employment testing, background and drug screens are completed and comply with all company standards.
  • Manage applicant tracking system, provide monthly hire and attrition reports and track monthly cost of hire including breakdown of background check costs for Finance.
  • Primary contact for employee inquiries regarding policy administration, human resources, benefits and payroll questions.  
  • Conduct new hire orientation, on-boarding, and process eVerify and I-9 documentation.
  • Enter and maintain all employee salary changes, new hires, separations, and other changes in the HRIS.  
  • Maintain employee files and documentation in compliance with all regulations.
  • Draft, revise, and make recommendations on policies and procedures; and track roll-out of new policies and procedures documenting the signature receipt process.
  • Primary contact for employee inquiries regarding policy administration, human resources, benefits and payroll questions.
  • Serve as human resources consultative support to managers concerning employee relations issues, constructive discipline administration and documentation. 
  • Ensure oral and written discipline practices and documents are in compliance with company policy and are recorded/tracked in the appropriate system.
  • Generate ideas, plan, and coordinate all employee functions to promote positive employee relations.  Write the monthly TOG newsletter and post birthday notices.
  • Produce and distribute HR-related reports.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  •  Other responsibilities as assigned.



  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree preferred.                             


  •  Minimum of 1 year of related Human Resources experience. 
  • Call-center HR experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • ADP or other HR/Payroll system experience.
