Title:                           Inside Sales/Account Manager

Status:                        Exempt

Objective:                   The role of the Inside Sales/Account Manager is to create, implement and track ongoing success of action plan to grow “special order” sales and profitability of custom apparel and promotional products of existing customer accounts. 


  • Provide project specific marketing consultation to clients regarding the use of custom apparel and promotional products.
  • Work side by side with New Business Development Representative who is constantly developing new business relationships.
  • Accurately manage, track & meet all deadlines for existing client opportunities in our CRM tool by creating client presentations, quotes, sample orders, product proofs, sales orders, etc.
  • Pro-actively resolving order related issues through effective communication with internal stakeholders and with customer, when necessary.
  • Maintain expert knowledge level of all product details, production times, art guidelines and shipping methods from core suppliers.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the apparel embroidery and screen print process and other decorating trends.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of graphic design basics as it relates to decorating of custom apparel and promotional products.
  • Sourcing new product ideas and suppliers.


Knowledge and Experience

  • 3 years of experience in apparel or promotional-product sourcing desired
  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Previous Inside Sales experience required
  • Knowledge of collection practices and be a multi task individual
  • Ability to interact with various levels of an organization
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong typing skills
