We are happy to report that the hurricane damage in the areas we operate, while considerable, was less than what could have been experienced. We are currently completing wellness checks of our employees, and so far everyone is safe. The main issues now are travel within the Tampa Bay area and power.
Our Business Continuity Plan has been implemented and is working as designed. Even though our corporate office is running on a generator, and our employees cannot reach the office, critical systems including Customer Care have been transferred seamlessly to our other offices. In addition, many key personnel were relocated to Atlanta where we have established a Command Center. Our websites, order management systems, email systems, supply chain and distribution center are all up and running normally.
