Superior Uniform Group® offers a comprehensive benefits package to all eligible Associates.  Please see below for our current list of employment benefits:

MEDICAL
We offer a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) medical plan for our Associates that allows them to access a network of doctors and hospitals at discounted fees. Superior Uniform Group® has been very conscientious in keeping our premium costs to a minimum as healthcare costs continue to rise. With a PPO plan, you can obtain coverage from physicians and hospitals both in and out of the network. We offer a Premium Plan that will give you top-notch coverage at a reasonable price, as well as a more affordable Standard Plan that will give you the same great coverage, but with slightly higher deductibles and co-insurance. A select group of our services require only a co-payment at the time of service. We offer a three-tier prescription drug program, which covers generic, formulary and non-formulary drugs as well as a mail order program that allows you to receive three month's worth of prescriptions at the cost of a two-month supply.

Dental
We offer a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plan that combines the freedom and flexibility of a traditional insurance plan with the cost savings of a PPO. Two levels of coverage are available that cover a portion of the charges associated with Preventative, Basic and Major Services. Orthodontia benefit is available for those employees with dependent children up to age 19.

Life Insurance & AD&D*
Life insurance is offered to all eligible Associates at no cost. Our coverage pays at 1˝ times your annual salary. In the event of Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), our policy will pay an additional 1˝ times your annual salary.

Long-Term Disability
Long Term Disability is available to all eligible Associates for a small weekly contribution that is based upon covered weekly earnings. Once an Associate has been deemed disabled and they have been out of work for a period of 90 days, they will be paid a portion of their salary starting on the 91st day that they are out.

Healthcare Spending and Dependent Care Spending Accounts
We offer our Associates a great way to save money by providing an option for them to enroll in our Health Care Flexible Spending Account and/or our Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.  Flexible Spending Accounts allow our Associates to pay for healthcare and dependent care expenses with tax-free dollars.  Because they bypass taxes, they save money. Up to $3,000 can be deposited annually in the Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, and up to $5,000 can be deposited annually into the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account.  You pay for eligible expenses as you normally would, then you submit your receipts with a claim form for reimbursement.  You are reimbursed tax-free, so you never pay taxes on the money you set aside. Claims are processed and reimbursed twice each month.

Pension Plan*
Superior offers a pension plan with 100% vesting after five years of service.

401(k) Plan
We offer a 401(k) plan to all eligible Associates that includes deferrals up to 25%, as well as a company match.  Associates are 100% vested after working at least 1000 hours per year for three years, and have a total of ten funds to choose from in which to prepare for their retirement.

On-Site Cafeteria
Our Corporate headquarters has a cafeteria on the premises.  A variety of breakfast and lunch options are available.

Employee Discount Program
Our Associates enjoy a variety of discounts at local businesses in the area including restaurants, dry cleaners, health clubs, etc.

Holidays and Vacation
Our Company offers ten paid holidays per year in addition to a vacation schedule based on years of service.

Sick Time
Our Company offers paid sick time to cover employees in the case of illness.
