1920 ~	Superior Surgical Manufacturing Co., Inc. is founded in Northport, Long Island
1922 ~	Company is incorporated
1926 ~	Superior Surgical's first brand, Fashion Seal Uniforms, is created and our first catalog is released
1943 ~	Sales reach $1,000,000
1952 ~	Move to new 25,000 square foot headquarters in Huntington, New York
1957 ~	Our first acquisitions take place: Nite-All Corp. in Huntington, New York and Croyden Manufacturing Co. in New York City
1959 ~	Double size of Huntington facility
1962 ~	Acquire Worklon, manufacturer of industrial uniforms, in New York City and the Worklon garment manufacturing plant in Eudora, Arkansas
1963 ~	Double size of Eudora, Arkansas plant
1965 ~	Institute our first IBM mainframe system
1967 ~	Move to expanded midtown New York City Sales and Purchasing offices
1968 ~	Superior Surgical Manufacturing Co., Inc. goes public on the American Stock Exchange
1968 ~	Acquire Universal Cottons, manufacturers of laundry bags, in New York and Georgia
1970 ~	Acquire Martin's Uniforms in Tampa, Florida
1976 ~	Acquire Shane Uniforms in Evansville, Indiana and enter the Employee Identification (non-healthcare) uniform market
1978 ~	Announce the move of our corporate headquarters to Seminole, Florida; move is complete by 1979
1981 ~	Purchase Martin’s manufacturing and distribution location in Tampa, Florida and begin major expansion
1995 ~	First of its kind modern Robotic Warehouse Distribution system installed in company's largest distribution center
1997 ~	Acquire Sope Creek in Atlanta, Georgia
1998 ~	Name of our company is officially changed to Superior Uniform Group, Inc. to better reflect the greatly expanded landscape of our Customer base

2000 ~	Go live with SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource Planning System

2004 ~	New logo and rebranding campaign is launched
